Noodles’ Drop Blueberry Pancakes

Ooooooohhhh I love these blueberry pancakes! Yummy! They are so easy to makeWant some?

Ingredients

Recipe for 8 small pancakes

5 level tablespoons of self-raising flour

1 egg

5-6 tablespoons of milk

A handful of blueberries

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

a drizzle of light olive oil

Acacia Honey

Cooking Method

Step 1

The first thing you need to do is wash your paws. Then carefully measure out 5 level tablespoons of self-raising flour.
Tip the flour into a big bowl.
Add 1 dessert spoon of a light honey instead of the sugar.

Step 2

Crack 1 egg into another bowl then add into the flour.

Step 3

Carefully, pour 60ml of milk into the measuring cup or you can use 4 tablespoons of milk.
Add in the vanilla essence. Use a whisk to mix the flour, egg, milk and vanilla essence together.
Whisk the pancake batter until it is smooth.

Step 4

Pop a handful of blueberries into your batter and stir.

Step 5

Next, put a drizzle of olive oil into the pan. Ask a grown-up to swirl the oil around the pan and heat it on the hob. When the frying pan is hot, put a big tablespoon of the batter in. Then add another, and cook the 2 pancakes.

Step 6

When you think the pancake is cooked, gently press the pancake down so any uncooked batter will come out and cook. Don't press so hard that you crush the blueberries though! Cook the pancake until both sides are golden.

Step 7

Once the pancakes are cooked, I like to drizzle over some Acacia honey.
